I have a premium account but it`s saying "simple account"? Have tried logging in and out 3 times now...

You need to login to Premium in the app; click on any release, Premium Downloads, and enter your Premium login once prompted.

I've had a lifetime premium membership for a few years. In the last three days when I click the blue sign it doesn't return with my name and passsword displayed in the two fields, and so I'm unable to download with my rights. Why?

Let me put the question another way then: what can I do to make my downloading rights go back to normal?

What you're describing, the username and password fields pre-filling, is the saved logins feature of your browser. It's controlled entirely by your browser and is not affected by anything we do on Mobilism's end. I suggest you re-enter your login manually (your browser might then ask you if you want to save your login again) or check your browser's existing saved passwords. Alternatively you can PM me and I can reset your Premium password.

the beta app is a bit different from what is shown in the picture, there is no menu and while using IDM there is no resume of the file just in case if it is a large file like SD data for a game you will have to recheck the load

Which version you're using as "beta"..
Final version is v2.1.0.27

Hi, once again, thanks for all the fantastic work you are doing.

There seems to be a problem with using the blue arrow to download certain items. They all seem to be from DropGalaxy. This is one example viewtopic.php?f=123&t=5164495

I filled in my VIP details and it seemed to accept them, but then nothing downloads. The blue arrow is working fine on other sites.

When I try to download direct form dropgalaxy I get;
File Not Found
Wed Mar 1 16:44:44 2023 The file you were looking for could not be found, sorry for any inconvenience

Agree, looks like problem might be with DropGalaxy

When you go to the website it says file not available:
"Possible causes of this error could be
The file expired
The file was deleted by its owner
The file was deleted by administration because it didn't comply with our Terms of Use"

maybe not. If I go to DropGalaxy link while NOT logged into Mobilism, it shows the file available.

So are they blocking Mobilism?
