Hi admuerte, I have installed MioPocket R38 on my Mio Moov 300 and tryed to start garmin.exe, but again with no luck. Always the same problem.
I have make it work on a Mio C230, why is not the same with the Moov series if it is WinCE5 like the other?
I do not know what to do now.

So lets try again , when you press Garmin icon, the portsplitter splashes(and it should) for a second. And then what?garmin launches?or you get some kind of error.can you describe everything step by step what you have done.

Hi admuerte, thanks for your help. I will try to explain every step. I´m sorry for my out of practice English.
-First I installed MioPocket 2.0 R38 and unlocked my Mio Moov 300, then, I tested every app from MioPocket to know if everything was OK.
-Second I downloaded the file GarminMobileXTforWindowsCE_50010w.rar from the post #1, uncompressed and copied to my SD card.
-When I execute Garmin.exe from \Garmin\RunGMXT I can see the PortSplitter windows open and close in less than a second. If I execute Que.exe from \Garmin\App\WM\ nothing happen. The soft never open or send an Error.
- I checked Garmin.exe with Compatibility Check and the soft reported “COREDLL.DLL can´t be load”. If I check Que.exe the Compatibility Check reports “Note_prj.dll, WININWT.dll, cellcore.dll, CEMAPI.dll, COREDLL.dll, ole32.dll, OLEAUT32.dll, commctrl.dll, QueResources.dll and AYGSHEL2.dll can´t be load”
-Just for be sure I ran compatibility check with the software from the MioPocket MioAutoRun\Programs and always the soft reported “COREDLL.dll and other files can´t be load”, but the softwares works fine.
-For last, I tried using others COREDL2.DLL and AYGSHEL2.dll files but I get always the same problem, nothing happens when I execute Que.exe

Hi gnowe. If you can sync your PNA with ActiveSync you can use PoiLoader with your MobileXt for upload the POIs. PoiLoader can be download from Garmin page.

Hello,

This new one of MP v2 R38 is working just fine on Mio's x20 devices so No need to edit the path for it just click on the Garmin ico!

Ps: for TT7 (the comp folder one that i already uploaded here => see TT topic) you should only edit the path for it: TomTom=\Storage Card\TomTom\TomTom_run.mscr

DL R38: http://www.megaupload.com/nl/?d=HMSGBQQE

So as i understand the soft did not start when you launch it from garmin.exe or que.exe.
1. does your path for garmin is :Storage card/Garmin/RunGMXT, not Garmin/Garmin/RunGMXT, because, when i have downloaded GMXT and extracted it to Sd card it was like this Garmin/Garmin/RunGMXT, and i could not launch it,so it should be Storage card/Garmin/RunGMXT.
2. you must change the same path in garmin.mscr file (you should use Mio 720 .mscr file).you can open it in your PC and the download to sd card.
3.like i said before portsplitter should splash for a second. if somethin wrong with your device and portsplitter try this older version http://www.megaupload.com/?d=7FXZLSKF.
4. like i had whatch how looks like your device on internet, it is (i think) the same as Mio C520 (that i have). So if nothink helps try mine garmin.Put it in sd card and try again http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Z15D3M6Q.

where do you found "compatibility check"? is it in MP?

Hi admuerte, I´m using Mio 720´s .mscr file and the path for RunGMXT is ok. I tried to execute Garmin.exe and Que.exe from file explorer and had the same results, the soft doesn´t want to start.

Does this file affect saving data?.where is to be in the program exactly? Is there a solution for the problem of saving data which I suffer.

compatibility check - you mean is EXE Check? when i launched it,the window popuped and said, that when you check it allways says that .dll file couldn't be loaded, and it does not matter is it loadable or not.i have tried on my garmin.exe and que.exe, and i get the same thing as you.but my garmin works fine.so i think it is not the .dll problem.try my uploaded garmin.

Got a question while using Garmin XT on Mio C520.

The GPS runs well, however, on the map screen, the Speed Tab readings get cut off. Basically, the readings show is out of the screen. Same with the Headings Tab, Time to destination Tab, etc.

Any ideas?

I am running v5.00.20w, which is upgraded from v5.00.10w.

Thank you.

Hi gnowe. If you can sync your PNA with ActiveSync you can use PoiLoader with your MobileXt for upload the POIs. PoiLoader can be download from Garmin page.

Your suggestion does not work.

POI loader mainly converts GPX and CSV files to Garmin format (GPI). The Custom POI files (speed camera, red light camera and school zone) downloaded from Garmin web site are already in gpi format.
