Can someone help me install this on my mio c310x?? Which files do i download first and what to do from there after they are all dl? I keep getting an error when i try to open the program. Any help would be great guys, thanks!

Yes I can use more then one map. Only thing that I've heard about those maps are that gmapsupp & gmapsup2 cannot be located on internal memory they need to be on SD Card.
But since my Garmin XT instalation is on SD Card I can use all files you've listed + gmapbmap.img (base map).

I'm trying to start this release on my medion pna p4425 but I always get the following fatal application error:

What has been done so far?

1, DL and extracted GarminMobileXTforWindowsCE_50010w and put the folder 'Garmin' in the root of my SD card
2, Took files from GarminMobileXTforWindowsCE_50010w_only_exe_and_dlls and overwrote existing ones
3, Took files from GarminMobileXTforWindowsCE_50020w_only_WM_dir and overwrote existing ones
4, Ran GarminMobileXTFreeBasemap_4xxxx.exe and chose my SD card as target
5, Ran GarminMobileXTSupportFiles_4xxxx.exe and chose my SD card as target

Now I have the following folders in folder 'Garmin':
Apps
EULA
Firmware
Help
RunGMXT
Vehicle
Voice

And I also have the basemap GMAPBMAP.IMG in the folder 'Garmin'.

Do I have to put any map on my SD card before starting Garmin or what is missing?
If yes, where do I have to put the maps?

I'm using MapSource or I just copy gmapsupp.img to \\SDMMC\garmin folder it works no matter what i do.
Did you use SD Card ID to unlock your garmin? If yes than it must be something regarding your device that prevents garmin from working with all file names.
There is utility gmaptool (search for it on this forum) that can merge multiple img files to one. It's a command line tool but it works very good. I was using it to merge some maps that can be found in img only with maps I've exported from MapSource and I never had any problems with it. This utility also enable you to put unlock codes in resulting img file (like MapSource is doing) so that you don't need to have corresponding unl files.

yes, i use SD Card ID to unlock. Garmin only see map with gmapsupp name ( and base map), but not gmapsup2 and gmapprom.

if I use mapsource ( write to sd ), it always overwrite different maps to gmapsupp.

I am looking into purchasing Navigon 7100 that has 480x272 resolution. What is the status of running Garmin Mobile XT on a 480x272 PNA? Thanks.

does anyone have slight text clipping on the maps screen ? i dont know why the font is bigger or why the spacing is pushing the text down !

i took the picture like that because it was sharpest with that angle under the lamp. that is what my text looks like despite the angle (note the arrow at the left corner) ! the 4's are triangles, lol. everything else is fine on GMXT v5.00.20w running on mio C320 with miopocket 2.0.

For 480x272 devices, if the map screen does not display so well:
rename QueBmp240.dll to QueBmp240_orig.dll and rename QueBmp320.dll to QueBmp240.dll"
This fix the font problem on the bottom, but wont fix the 30 pixel lft shift of the map
