Sorry, I do not know ;( I do not know and nothing about your device, but.. try to "Paste" the .img file directly into it..

Try the torrent links posted earlier - I've used them yestreday and they were fine. Also try the Letitbit link provided - that also still worked yesterday

I saw the requirements, this is for PC.
Can someone post links for the Garmin Nuvi25Ow gps or is this not out yet for the GPS?
