I Installed Ndrive on wince5 and everything was ok and map is active, but when i shutt off the power and switch on again he ask me the serial again.

Can u help me plz??

Ndrive (depending of the version installed) creates a folder called ResidentFlash) on your device root memory inside you have this structure \Ndirve\data inside data folder you should have 3 files: appdata, ndri3.ndr and fileReaderErrors.txt

appdata stores your preferences
ndri3.ndr stores map registration

See if these files exist

Probably the way you've unlocked your device is doing something that clear's this.

You have the device so you've to look for what he's doing.

Again take a look on Miopocket

The way i'am using to unlock is what was said in the pag1. But i think wath's odd is the fact that when i shut down the device, not the program, the data of the resident flash is gone. but when i shut down the program and then restart there's no problem, the folder is still there.
Strange...

I'm not refering to the way you INSTALLED Ndrive but the way you have unlocked your device (haven't you the need of unlocking your device for having other GPS software working on it?)

No need to remind me, I uploaded it for you. I didn't think I would have time until the weekend, but I found a few spare minutes after getting home. You'll have to add the maps into the map folder. Also, you'll use the NDrive420.exe to launch the program. Make sure you are near a window where you can get a satellite lock the first time you run it. It takes a little bit for it to get a lock the first time, but after that it will be faster.

Let me know how it goes.

hello, and thanks for your help, but no luck, its the same it just says no gps and in the upper left corner of the gps status doesnt say nothing, neither gps fix or no gps fix, just nothing... im almost giving up, maybe is some configuration about the other progz that i have im my mio.

anyway, thanks and regards

I think we figured it out. Go to the Data folder inside NDrive and delete the appdata file and then try again. The problem is NDrive generates that file when you first run it, saving info specific to your device. So download the upload I posted again, delete that file before putting it on your SD card, and you should be good to go.

Hi,
I have a problème with my HTC HD, the first time I installed NDrive, everything was OK.
But after I flashed my device, the text size inside NDrive was incredibely small...
If anyone have an idea it'll be appreciated ! (Excuse me for my bad english !)

Thanks
