I do not have a Symbian phone, but I guess if it does not exist, just create a NDrive\maps folder and put your .map files in there.
I think you will also need to create a NDrive\voices folder for your voices.

Hi druelie. I installed ndrive in my nokia 5800XM (S60 V5) but the 3.189 voice are incompatible. But no problem!
The ndrive when first start up, checks Internet connection (in the phone - my case was wireless connection to my router) and downloads automatically the english voice MaryEN.zbi and other files necessary to start ndrive.
Also has a option of download more voices (my ndrive-add voices). Green is correct version and red needs updating.
Keygen works well and 2.14 maps are compatible with this version (i'm using Iberia Premium and i'm not sure 2.15 maps are compatible - anyone confirm this)
But has one problem, the ndrive agent (latest version available) crashes with this version of ndrive. Not sure what the problem, the memory card of my 5800XM or the ndrive itself or the ndrive agent...lol Looks like I'll have to manually update the speedcams...

The extracted PRT_IP.map has a size of 201MB. I took the values from NDrive's webpage, but they do not seem to be up to date anymore...
Take that one, it is the current premium map.

Just open it in a text editor and go to the end of the file, there it will show: version = "..."

Description of Problem:
I copied the Ndrive folder to the SD card but cannot run the Ndrive application (ndrive.exe) from ActiveSync. It only displays the properties ??
If you did not unlock the desktop of your device, you can try to:
- Create a MobileNavigator directory in the root of your SD card
- Move the NDrive.exe and navigation.chc from the NDrive folder to the MobileNavigator folder
- Rename NDrive.exe to MobileNavigator.exe
- Restart your device and start navigation SW as usual
