i don´t get a connect between the application and the phone. do i have to change some settings?

how it looks the options window Menu -> Settings -> General?
because i can only change the language from this window...!!! what else appears there??

I can't get it work with my HP iPAQ 514, when I set screen as source, I can see it in my computer, but when I set camera, nothing happens, it's just black... Any sugestions?
