I cant get this to record phone conversations. I set it auto rec. and it still wont. It'll say its recording a file and auto name it customer solutions (or something like that) but the counter doesnt move and theres no saved audio file. I looked on there site for help and found this
(Both sides recording is hardware dependent. If your recording contains voice of one side only, it is not due to the program's failure.)

Well it doesnt include any voice of either side. So i was wondering if it just doesnt work on a MOTO Q.
It works for recording memos. But not phone calls.

I've read other places, (re: Vito's Audio Notes) that recording calls isn't possible due to hardware restrictions on the Q.

On HTC S710, dosn't work call recording.
Records only callers voice.

i've installed it but it doesn't give the caller's name when it records phone conversations.that's strange
