Overview: SmartToolkit is all in one Windows Mobile Smartphone's tools application, with a lot of features like Start Menu, Clipboard, Plugins, My Schedules, and others usefull features.

With it's rewrited code SmartToolkit performing dramatically fast in performance and stability of the program.

WHAT IS NEW?
I think anything in this version is new! User interfaceS. NEW features. NEW performance. more easy to use.

More customizable. also support skin and multi language. multi animation. remap the hotkey. auto keylock with various screen saver. new plugins and the plugin can be developed with only text editor. also language files easy to edit oh and also newest feature is schedules. desk bar . desk menu. new clipboard functions new double press. new explorer menu now is like windows vista. explorer support numeric, navigate, and search mode.

Just download and have a nice try.

I dont know if this has been posted on here before as I searched for it and couldnt find it. If it has then this release is now far superior to its predecesors. I had numerous problems with my Motorola Q when I was using this in the past and now all issues seem to have been resolved. I could only refer to this software as essential. I waited a long time for it to be stable :D

thanks dremoto, you rock. wow, what an improvement over previous versions...works perfectly on the i607. this is such a great little program. all the bugs seem to be fixed, & the interface is very impressive. only 2 problems i have seen so far: 1...the return key now brings up a system info taskbar instead of tabbing (not necc a bad thing, but how to tab with it running?)...and 2...the general setting in options does nothing when i click it. id like to change the order of the start menu but havent seen any other way to do it so i figure thats in general settings. still, a really great app.

Works great on my Moto Q too! But there's no manual for using all the features on the SmartToolkit site. Can't figure out how to use the 'copy, cut & paste' function from within some of my programs. Please H-E-L-P? and...Thanks to Amarullz for creating and sticking with this wonderful Smartphone addition!!!

Edit: ahh, i found the same problem in the forum from smarttoolkit. I have to use the new fixed exe file and now it works.

I absolutely agree, there should be a manual to this software so you can really understand all of the features of the program and how to properly use them. The cut and paste feature I also havent been able to use within programs. I used to use the program "Right Key" for the cut and paste but running both at the same time overlap each other since they are both taskbar programs. As for the general settings I could not get them to work either. Either that or im not using it right  When someone figures it out can they please post how they got into the general settings? It would help us all out a bundle.

ok...got some things figured out.

obviously i can tab now :)

if theres no real instructions, maybe we can just add/edit posts in this thread, or start one in the sp talk area for functions as we find them. so far...

you can go into hotkey settings & assign clipboard & taskbar where you want them...by default taskbar is set on return key, so you cant tab when typing a paragraph, not sure where clipboard was but just assign it where you like. you can also set the delay (from instant to long press), so you can use any key & still get the original default use of it as well as whatever you assign to it.

clipboard is excellent, better than vito copy paste imo (not a knock on vito, this is just better). just assign it to a key & you can bring it up anytime you have a text field.

*added*
More on hotkey settings: You can also map any application on your phone to any button on your phone, with or without delay. just add a "run program" hotkey from the menu & you can browse your files & assign whatever program you like to the new hotkey.

Changing start menu apps: To change the apps in the start menu quick launcher, press start, then all programs, then options (right softkey)...the "pin to quicklaunch" option will allow you to set the applications of your choice in the 6 quicklaunch slots.

still havent gotten general settings to work.

Well thats atleast a start :D . This software has been on the brink of becoming one of the best "plugin's" for your homescreen for a long time. Its so much its like having a swiss army knife for your phone. I had flaws with it for coming on 7 months so this was like an early christmas present. I love those transitional fades between screens. Hopefully with more development it will have even more features. I totally agree to atleast an "unofficial" manual being made for this program or atleast a FAQ. Im gonna see what I can come with while testing and I encourge everyone to do the same so we can put one together.
