Pre-paid card balance status v1.0
Requirements: PPC WM5, WM6 - PPC and Smartphones
Overview: While you use pre-paid cellular network card, this program displays your card (account) balance.

If your cellular network allows you to check your balance,*)
by sending a special code, like *101# (or something similar),
# you can see the reply conveniently on your: Today Screen in Windows Mobile Classic/Professional (PPC)
# Home Screen in Windows Mobile Standard (Smartphone).

The text of status is defined by cellular network,
and it's displayed in your network language.
It isn't depending from your mobile device, it depends from your cellular network services.

# This program allows you to check the current status: manually, when you tap its row on Today Screen, or press Action button while its row is highlighted
# automatically every midnight
# automatically every time your device wakes up
# automatically every hour

More, this program can alert you about minimum limit of balance, with a red background.

Please note and understand this program correctly:
When you want to check the status of balance, it sends a special code to the network, and then awaits for reply with a special message.
Usually the network replies within a few seconds. This program is awaiting for 10 seconds.

* Not every cellular network allows you to do so, or allows you to do it frequently without limits.
You have to try it personally with your own mobile device, or read your network agreement and find rules.

To try the code manually:
type like every normal phone number *101# and press green phone button.
Await for reply, and see if you can read your balance or some status in replied text.
Check your cellular network web pages, or some leaflets, if some others codes work in this way.

If you have to send another code, you can set it on this program's Settings, available from default Programs dialog.
Also, please note that every checking consumes the battery. Please use only these automatic options what you really want. Carefully, or make it only manually.

Additional important note:
Some cellular networks reply in untypical way, and then you will observe additional notification icon, message or window in your device. In these cases, such notifications you have to delete(close) manually, every time. This may depend from network operator or language too.
In PPC version, there is a special option in Settings dialog: Kill default notification.
It forces to delete default repeatable notifications, but in the same way, it may kill others special network notifications.
Once again: please use automatic options carefully.

You can set the limit of minimum balance value, when this program will display red background to alert you additionally.
By default, the limit set for 2. If you don't want to see this alert, clear this value.

It installs without any problem on my iPAQ 510 voice messenger but does not seem to appear on the Home Screen. Can someone please help me out here?

A .CAB file a day, for mobile users on the way, keeps installation problems away...
