in the configuration menü is the langugage setting. i think its a solution to delete the other languges in the folder you wich you not need. so i think cezch or others, then r66 should take the enlish one or others. Have you unlock the map^?

no, i have install the program and it runs now in german language THX for the info
delete the languages in this folder: system/apps/route66_v8/data/stringRes
now i look how i can unlock the maps...

I had problem with gps fix before and solved editing this setting in device ini:

I succeeded to bypass the trial limit in changing the PDA's date 14 days before. That means, NO END for the programm, but always in
TRIAL version

Does this mean that the free 15 day trial is date dependent ? That's a perfect lead for the hackers.
Then it is worth to try to set the date way ahead (say 2015) then take the 15 day trial and set the date back to today.
(Hmm, did the trick in the MS-DOS days )
I don't have my PDA at hand to try (somebody else ??)

Can anyone who was able to unlock the USA map by activating the 15 day trial upload the new folder (WMDRM) that was created on their SD card? I'm unable to activate the trial and was curious if by adding that folder to my SD would unlock the map for that limited time period.

if i search a city, the navigator give me a list of poi's in that city but no address...
