Do I pay $30 for Premium Account & VIP again or is the LIFETIME VIP actually valid for a lifetime and I only pay need to pay $25 for Premium?

You already have VIP, so you can go for the $25 option.

Ecstatic to say I've renewed yet again. Any member not currently enjoying the benefits of a Premium account, should hop on this ASAP. The direct downloader alone is worth every single penny.
I think this is the first year I've received an e-mail reminder which was fantastic.

If i'm not wrong, in the past there was a URL where you could just paste a link for any of those "included sites", and it would be downloaded (even if it's not published using the "blue arrow").
Is that option available when you are premium? (It says downloader on the top of the page, but with the trial it shows nothing)

Yup, it's not available for the free trial, but it is still available for people with Premium subscriptions.
