mylnyn, Thanks again it works! Previously it didn't work because I placed the keygen in the map folder.

Unfortunately, the POI search function is still lacking compared with IGO and other gps software. You can not search poi around gps location. Oh well, hopefully version 6.0 will improve that.

Find & Go\POI\Near Car...select your category, or All Category, Apply Filter, enter a few letters...results. Decent.

Thanks Mylnym, Please if you find any utility in the future to post it, I have a lot of favorites (from Garmin & Igo), it will be difficult for me to start collecting favorites in Polnav as Taiwan Map is Chinese, I can speak Chinese, but I can't read/write Chinese.

Is there any utility that can convert waypoints (KML, GPX, RTE or any other GPS format) to Polnav's favorite?

Apparently, there is...BUT, it's only made available to commercial users - this according to PolStar themselves.

I've installed Polnav v5.8 on my PNA (Windows CE 6.0, RAM: 64MB, Resolution: 480x272)
Everything works OK

Unfortunately maps for Eastern Europe are very small

I installed Polnav 5.8 posted by navx2vad everything it's working fine but ...I can't set the correct time because in Settings-General are displayed only 4 buttons (Sound, Display, Language and Guidance). Buttons Time Zone and Unit are missing.
There is a way to display these 2 buttons?

Until then ... I found a way to change 2 values in file Preference.ini (located in folder Polnav\Config)
TimeZone_Zone
TimeZone_DST
using values found in file Polnav\Config\Option.ini

For exemple Europe-Eastern:
- read in file Polnav\Config\Option.ini
[TimeZone_Zone]
Item44=Europe-Eastern (+2),120
[TimeZone_DST]
Item1=+01:00,60
- change in file Polnav\Config\Preference.ini
TimeZone_Zone=44
TimeZone_DST=1
and save

Thanks mylnym. I can confirm that is working with version 5 maps. The interface is musch better.
The only issue is to get rid of the evaluation message and to grab new 2009 maps with 3d landmarks.
