Portuguese-Brazil is included in the Sound folder - not the same, but close?

EDIT: Sorry, read it again - no, there is no Portuguese TTS if you are using the ISTTS folder; English & Chinese only.

spooky1, where did you get the 6.04TTS version. I could not find it.

It works excellent, no red ? and all the maps are registered.

Yes, all registered. Another issue - cannot calculate a route from 'Go To" screen - just hangs. But have not got good GPS signal since re-set - may fix itself.

BTW, I removed all 'TTS/ISTTS' folders from the SD card to run this check.

EDIT: 'hanging' issue resolved with good GPS signal...other issues remain unfortunately.

New SD card/re-install - much trouble starting Polnav (application crashes) but seems to be running OK now - only change I made was to change the TMC channel to another port, even though my GPS does not have TMC. I'll let it run for a bit, turn on/off, see if problem re-appears.

There is not a good version of Finean. It's bad cracked, and mute voices if 7 times switch from map to menu. Try version with .key files, but pay attention on properly name .key file (if you device have Device ID R601226130RB file must be named R601226130RB.key and be copied to Map folder)
example:
device ID: R601 2261 30RB
SDcard - \SDMMC
Finean - \SDMMC\Polnav6
map of czech republic - \SDMMC\Polnav6\map\CentralEurope\czech.map
key file - \SDMMC\Polnav6\map\R601226130RB.key

Test yours SDCard on PC in card reader using Flah Memory Toolkit 1.2 Pro (write test - backup data first - test destroy all data). I have some times ago problem with Navigon software - reason for this was that my card has bad blocks.
Copy files to card by card reader not ActiveSync, my friend has bad USB cable and files copied by ActiveSync was corrupted (not all copied files, but randomly files).

I'll try the mem Toolkit - your tip on file copying is appreciated - it could also be the card reader on the GPS unit.

Same FAE last three re-starts...curious.

Mem Toolkit showed zero write errors on SD card. Is there a way to test the GPS card reader?

Formatted SD card, re-installed...same FAE's.

Suggestion - re-do the .exe, but no icon?

Maybe you have a some virus, who damage exe during copy. or antivirus modyfy polnav's exe file, because some of bytes are simillar to some virus definition ?
