You can use the keygn for version 1.30, it just works fine.

No, for version 1.31 WVGA is required since this is specially made by Astraware for the Xperia X1, which has WVGA.
But I also included version 1.30 which does have native VGA support.

the name in the keygen's "Owner" field has to match the name on the device's "Owner Information" section.
