If it does not belong anywhere else and has to do with Pocket PCs post it here.

Some movies come in two or more seperate avi files (split). I was wondering what the best software (PC) to use to join them together to make the one file

i've only used virtualdub.

open first avi file, then select file, open append (or something like that) and select the second file.

It will attached the second file to the end. set audio and video to "direct stream copy" this mean it will not try to re-encode anything and then save as new file.
