If it does not belong anywhere else and has to do with Pocket PCs post it here.

Hi,

I am looking for any software that would record all my incoming and outgoing calls automatically. It should record the full call.

I know their is one LivePVR software which is here but it only records first 2 mins or so after which it stops recording.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!!

Thanks Bendy, Resco does record the call.. but it dosent do it silently like LivePVR.. the whole software loads in front hiding my phone screen behind and than it records..

thanks again, I am using it as of now till i find a better software which runs in behind secretly/silently..

lukewarm, you can use either resco, or vito audio notes, both will give you the same problem though.
To fix this you can use skschema and write a script to fix this. I have heard other users do this b4. I will look for the script. If i find it I will post it.

yes, it is annoying, but that is not an issue with any software, that is an issue with the phone. Most phones suffer from this. But programs have features which automatically turn on the speakerphone feature for you when a call is in initiated.

Also, please stoneskid, can you please update your profile with your ppc and OS, thank you.
this will help the entire community help you. :)

In my PocketPC Phone, the "Answering Machine" is embedded.
Nevertheless, I found a very interesting topic about the matter:

According to the above topic, you can realize an "Answering Machine" on your PocketPC Phone using SKSchema in conjunction with another very interesting FREEWARE piece of software: PMRecorder (by the way, I started to use it instead of "Resco Audio Recorder" for record my phone calls; is less expensive in memory requirement and works like a charme. :D )

Dear all
as a expert in Audio recording, mixing and mastering, i found that the best solution so far is to use the wired headset that is supplied with the units, the one normally no one uses, and tape the right headphone speaker pointing right at the microphone, not too close so your voice can still be recorded, now you can use the normal notes recorder that comes standard with windows mobile to record while conversation, after that i used some mastering techniques and got nice quality out of it.
