ok i dont have excel or office on my home computer and i need to reset my ppc to bogged down i want to export my contacts and i cant figure it out i would be very greatful for any help with this matter. thank you in advance.

Get an after market file explorer program like Total Commander, and go to \ you will see a file called 'pim.vol' this is your PIM file, it contains all your contacts etc, save this file somewhere, such as your computer, hard reset (DO NOT upgrade your ROM or the pim.vol will not work), then replace the pim.vol file.

Alternatively, you can use a program like SPB backup to save all your information, this is recommended if you have space to save the file.
