First, before I start this story, let me tell you that all the time I've been trying to get information, I have been very polite and didn't let myself tell what I REALLY wanted to tell them.

So let's begin!
Here's a couple of numbers:
More than 2 hours spent on the phone.
Was transfered up to 5 lines in one calls.
Spent more than 45 minutes on continuous calls with them.
22 days since it was initially ordered.
17 days since I'm supposed to have it.
1 day off I took to sign the package from UPS.
As for the phone's price, it's supposed to be 399$-200$ for the waiting (200$). However it will probably be 399$ + 35$ admin fees - 50$ credit (384$) and we will have to fight for the 200$ credit.

So let's begin!
The story:
On August 6th, I ordered an HTC TyTN at Rogers. Althrough the phone was advertised at 399$ with a 3 year contract, we had to complain to get the said price with that contract. Why? Because this price was for new customers activating a Rogers account. Older customers had to pay more for the same phone and contract.Well-o-well we managed to get it at 399$ nonetheless and we were even told that there wouldn't be any 35$ 'administration fees'. I don't know if this is even legal to charge such things. The phone was set to come in 3 to 5 days.

On august 14, I saw the phone was not coming and decided to call those folks at Rogers. 45 minutes and 5 lines later (no joke), I learned that the phone was out of stock. After more on-the-phone fun and interminable transfers, I learned that they did have phone but for another category of customers (something like new customers I think) so they said they would send one to me in 3 to 5 days!
7 days later, I called Rogers again to learn that they canceled the first order but did not renew it so I had no order valid and no phone coming through the mail. That's what I learned after a few transfers between their departments. They finally made the order for real (confirmed after a call the next day).
Since the 22nd I've been calling everyday to get a tracking number. The first and second times they told me they were waiting for UPS to grab the packages but since Monday they say it should have been sent and that they don't know what is happening. The staff can't get info about it and they suppose it might be out of stock. However one guy said I was supposed to get a 200$ credit for all the waiting (bringing the supposed price to a whooping 184$!)
As of today, 22 days after it was supposed to be sent, I still have no phone and it's not even in the mail. They don't know if there is a phone for me somewhere, they don't know if there is any TyTNs anywhere and I have no idea of what I can do.
