Sorry, I can't see the picture, so I don't know how bad it is. However, reading LZF answer, it must be quite helpless 'coz formatting storage card meaning it may be corrupted.
I had that experience before and even I performed RecoverMyFiles, it didn't work 100%, some files got returned but I prefer to release them. Anyway, what I do now is periodically backup contents of storage card. It's sad to lost all the data but from there I learn something to be more cautious.

What I do is just inserting the storage card into my laptop SD/MMC slot, find the directory, right-click mouse, choose format. Or use memory card reader if you don't have SD/MMC slot in your computer.
