Where can i find good PPC homescreens but ones with plugins that are complex like the ipod one that are made for Pocket PC's? I am finding some ordinary ones which is just a different wallpaper with the exact same layout and they are boring.......

Here's some info you might like:
-The home screen you are referring too is the Today screen. It is the equivalent of your desktop, as it is present when all others application are closed/minimized.
-The colors and backgrounds are themes. They are found mostly everywhere and are free at 90% of the time (the 10% being theme packs). These determine the colors the top and bottom bars will have, along with a couple other items in the user interface.
-The things that show weather and such stuff are plugins, these give all the info and functionality you need in your today screen. However they also use memory as they are always running.
