Try Resco Explorer
Share a drive/folder on your PC, then map a drive on your pcc using resco explorer. This way you can use wireless to transfer to your ppc

Also, to complement Bendy's great sugg...
When transfering files that big, you're usually installing to the storage card.
So, take out your storage card, put it in your reader on your PC/Laptop.
Start to transfer files. :D
You should be done in seconds. :)

When I transfer movies to my storage card, this is how i do it.
Its the fastest way of doing it.

You can also, do this, when installing huge .cab files. :)

additional to what Bendy and AI said, you can also use data card reader if you don't have SD/MMC card slot in your PC/notebook.
