Change the text your device prompts you with before shutdown.
Navigate to "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Message \ShutDown"
Edit the "Message1" "Message2" and or "Title" with your custom text and perform a softreset.
Works on my WM5 TyTN, I don't know about 2003 or other devices, I just came across the entry while digging in the registry and tested it, I imagine it works on all WM5 though as long as you have the oem "warning".
