My WM5 seems to have lost hte ability to uninstall programs by active sync and the remove program utility. It gives me an error saying it cannot be performed and even pocket mechanic cant uninstall my programs. pocket mech however tells me unload.exe isnt working or something
anyone got a solution?

HARD RESET. In these situations Hard Reset is always recommended and suggested.

I have the same problem, does anyone know another solution ? I dont know how to hard reset my SPV m3100 ?

If you continuely backup your system, then hard reseting isn't too much of a problem
Try spb Backup or any of the other progs next time and thus save yourself lots of trouble next time

Hi all.
I did a hard reset to my orange m3100 and after that the remove program was working, after i installed some applications "Remove Programs" is not working again, it says: "Error -> Application was not completely removed. Do you want to remove it from the list of installed programs"...
Is there any update for this bug ??
How can i fix to work ?
