could anyone help me solve this problem? i use a dsl connection on my laptop.i do not have a wireless router. i m wondering if there is any software or any other way i can use dsl connection on my PPC. are the following things possible: :?
1. i connect my laptop to the dsl modem then connect my PPC to the laptop and use the internet.
2. i use the dsl modem directly on my PPC by using a wire or something.

That's possible. Simply install ActiveSync at your laptop and read the included help file.

you mean i need to install Active sync on my taptop. :? and is it the same one as the PPC version or there is another version for Laptop.if there is another could u plz post the downloading link.

how about connecting PPC to the DSL modem directly. do i need to install something or a specific cable is required.

Install the latest official version on your laptop. AS is downloadable at microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/ ... synch.mspx

AS is already on your PPC. The version there suits for sure. No need for an update.
