How to use QVGA apps on VGA Touch Pro

If it does not belong anywhere else and has to do with Pocket PCs post it here.

Ive searched everywhere and I cant seem to find a solution to this.
I would like to know if its possible to stretch qvga apps or games to run on a vga device. Some dont run at all for example guitar hero and some look way too small to be usefull, puzzle quest. if anyone has a solution please let me know ill even give 40 WRZ$ for this.

Close but it only gives sqvga.
