If it does not belong anywhere else and has to do with Pocket PCs post it here.

Well... My XDA Neo is pretty slow now. It's taking time to restart and all....

I have programs on it and plugins. What I want to know, is there a program that would tell me what's taking up all that memory or so? Or basically what program takes the most memory to start up with the phone?

I highly recommend pocket mechanic.
It has a bunch of different abilities and helps me keep my ppc running fast and smooth.

I went to its release topic and it looks like it causes problems. They are saying that it deletes files? Any other program?

This is another highly recommended appliction,
This is usually what people use if not pocket mechanic,
I might actually fully switch to this application instead. :)

Yeah, you can use the FreeUp Ram software of SKTools (Shadow Services). It may solve your problem.
