i have a motorola q9 and i can't conect to the pc at all , i have installed the latest motorola phone tools and still don't work........
the OS is windows mobile 6.0

Im not sure if they have this on 6.0 but if you go to start >setting>click connections tab. Then there should be something in there like usb to pc or something that has an option for activesync advanced system connection. Uncheck that and it should work. I had a problem with that when I had 6.0 on my phone a while back but Dont remember the exact name of the icon that has the advance connection option.
