If it does not belong anywhere else and has to do with Pocket PCs post it here.

Im at work right now and dont have time to search for this certain program.
my internet connection is reconnecting literally within 30 seconds.
I need a program that will tell me what keeps trying to reconnect and preferably allow me to kill the process and blacklist the item so it wont allow it to reconnect.

I saw this happen on my friends x1 yesterday evening. All I did was ...

Start-Settings-Connections-Connections
Manage existing connections
Turn off auto detect

... and it stopped automatic (re-)connecting.

You can use Nodata for now to control over it. Maybe installing FDC taskmanager will let you find and kill what ever it is.

I would use a network sniffer, however if you've no idea about networking (arp, dns, tcp/ip) then it's not that easy, still not impossible. Disconnect, start the trace, wait to connect, stop the trace and save it. Then analyze it, or PM me if you would want me to look into it.
The trace will reveal _where_ the unknown application tried to connect, and from this information you should be able to guess which application did this.

Ethereal is a quite good sniffer for PC, with a nice GUI and many explanations and filter options, depending on your setup you might use it or not. Using Handy Sniffer (viewtopic.php?f=41&t=59019) on your mobile works in any case. Close all other tasks (Internet Explorer, Skype, etc.) before starting.
