Omnia problem

I installed wm6.5 on my omnia (very stupid move) and lost widget bar,menu,mouse,accelerometer, please tell me how I could return my phone to the way it was before, hard reset didnt work.

well you need to get the original rom for your device and reflash it

ok but how do I do that?? can u list the steps and files I need

You need to find original Omnia's ROM (Secany's one will do) then do the same when your flash your device to WM6.5.

It simply reflash your Omnia that's all.


BTW. Secany's Rom can be found in modaco.com's forum :)

after u flash to 6.5 u shouldnt lose the acceleromator, to return to original find the ROM from modaco. You can also flash to any WinMo 6.1 ROM for widget bar, I believe.

The only thing you should have lost from the flash to 6.5 is the widget bar. Everything else still works just fine.
