If it does not belong anywhere else and has to do with Pocket PCs post it here.

hello, i am having difficulty with my phones time/clock, i have it adjusted to Arizona but a couple of months ago it adjusted for day light savings time(DLST). Unfortunately Arizona does not adjust for DLST. every time i adjust the clock it readjusts with the data connection. I know i can set it up so it doesnt but as with all PPC's they occasionally freeze the time does not stay accurate through out the day. I am wondering if someone knows how to fix this or if there is a .cab file that can be installed to counter the DLST. thanks

You need to download advanced conf. it can be found here http://pocketnow.com/index.php?a=portal_detail&t=news&id=5796. or i can email it to you. before you install it you need .net compact framework 3.5. ok do all your installs. You must install advanced config to your device not the storage card. after install go to start, programs, advancedconfig, scroll down to miscellaneous, expand it by pressing the plus next to the name. highlight Automatic daylight savings switch-over. The default setting is enabled. Look to the bottom of the screen you will see a drop down menu select disable. Then press done. You will be promted to do a soft reset so press yes. That should do the trick. Also this program enables you to do alot of changes and tweaks to your phone.
