Try and run Mobile AppMover (found here: viewtopic.php?f=49&t=50157&hilit=appmover) AFTER copying some program's folders to your external storage card (or ROM). I don't know if you could actually move over Office Mobile (I've never tried, because the files in my memory didn't seem too big), but I have used this program on my first PDA a few years ago to move programs over to the storage card to free up available memory (i.e. to decrease program memory (installation size) in order to increase application memory (what you call 'RAM', but the program memory is located in the actual RAM as well...).
