If it does not belong anywhere else and has to do with Pocket PCs post it here.

You can try to rename them with total commander and then copy over new files, or I have had better success making cab files out of files, like manila files, fonts, or dlls and then installing them in the usual way. That way just un-installing the cab and soft resetting will restore the original rom files. :)
I use quickcab, you can find it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=400221

I'm using Resco Explorer 2008 and it does the job...Should it give u any hard time, try moving (cut-paste)to another location e.g. SD card, copying to and then deleting or zipping before you place the new files in Windows folder. That's what I'm doing; hope it helped!

I think he tries to delete files located in the ROM what isn't possible. Of course beside creating and flashing a custom ROM.

Hi! Well, it is possible to delete and/or handle ROM files! However not by standard file explorer...Using Resco is one way, if this doesn't work directly there are other ways around as mentioned above ;)

I did all ppcwarezian told before but none of them worked,If anyone want to test, then he could just try to remove a font file in win dir and copy another font instead,if it is possible then the method is practical.
