Hello,
from this morning I've been in trouble with my mobile.

Yesterday was all ok, this morning I've noticed a strange issue: after exactly 30 seconds, the screen goes blank.
If I don't touch the screen, after 30 seconds the screen goes blank. If I touch THE SCREEN the screen won't come back to normal, if i touch A KEY, the screen come back to normal.

Normally, if I don't touch nothing after 30 seconds the screen lower the luminosity and after 1 minutes it goes blank.
I've not installed nothing, I've not modified the registry.

Because I don't want to make a hard reset, can someone has a solution for this, please?

If you go into settings -> system -> key lock. Is it set to 'do not lock buttons?' or 'lock buttons if device is locked'?.

If so, this would explain why a button turns it back on where as touching the screen doesn't.

To change the power time out, go to settings -> system -> power -> advanced and set it to something different (say 5 minutes), click ok, flush the registry by pushing the power button to go into standby, and push it again to come out of standby, then go back and adjust the setting to 1 minute again.

Does that fix the problem?

May be something to do with third-party locking software (e.g. PocketShield), if you use any.

Well, I've disabled/uninstalled any third-part sofware, but the result is the same!

something similar to that happened to me when i was using a 6.5 rom. I had to do a hard reset but it fixed the problem. Im not sure if there's any other way to fix it
