ActiveSync error. It happened to me at one point. Pretty much all the information you had on your phone is now gone. Hope you did a backup at one point.

If not, time to start again. Flash a new ROM if you haven't, you'll be glad you did.
ROMs can be flashed at XDA. Google "XDA Kaiser"

Alright, so you don't sound like the type who's gonna want to flash their phone. I'd suggest it because it'd give you an upgrade to your Tilt/Kaiser.

So, in short, here's what you're gonna do. Take your stylus out, with your phone turned on, look around where your mini-USB plug-in is, there should be a small hole around there, press the two soft keys (the one's with "-" signs on them, they're beside the "Answer" and "Ignore" phone buttons on the front of your phone, near the phone mic), take the stylus and push it into that hole.

After a few seconds a different screen should appear and ask you something along the lines of "Would you like to erase/boot your phone to manufacture standards? Press send to confirm or any other key to cancel."

Press the green button (the "Answer" phone button, the one beside the mic) and viola! All information gone. But on the bright side, your phone is fixed. From now on, tell ActiveSync to sync nothing, and use a backup program like SPB Backup (found here on PPCWarez, or you can buy it) or a free program called Dashwire (Google it) to keep your contacts, texts, photos and ringtones safe.
