My HTC Touch Pro forces me to use a password. Is their any tool that can allow me to PERMANTLY bypass this?

I tried

BUT every 2 days it forces me to create a password again! And even worce sometimes it enter a loop where it tell me their is a password error and it can't be saved when I try to enter the new password then I am forced to hard reset. Any good ideas? And why does the password come back?
