I have an HTC Touch Pro. My email is through Hotmail, so I have to go through Windows Live in order to sync my email on my phone. Randomly contacts will be missing out of my phone. I assume it has somethin to do with the syncing of contacts with Windows Live, tried checking and unchecking the "sync contacts" tab and neither fixes the problem. My fiancee has the same phone, but uses Yahoo for email and has no problems. Any suggestions????
If it does not belong anywhere else and has to do with Pocket PCs post it here.

I suggest that you back up your data and do a hard reset. I reccommend this to anyone having a problem with an Htc phone because it usually ends up fixing it.

When setting up a sync betweet Hotmail, Outlook or really almost any other program. Pay attention to the "priority" settings in active sync. These settings tell wich contact gets deleted or updated. By default its the computer side with the higher prio. So then contacts on your phone might be lost because active sync "thinks" you have deleted them on your computer. But if this is what happend there's not much you can do. As jrodizzkool01 says: Backup your data. Always!

You can reset you HTC after taking a backup of data.
First take back up on hard drive and then you can reset your HTC.
If problem is not solved then contact your service provider for gprs settings.
