If you're entering a login and it's telling you it's the wrong one, you're either really entering the wrong one, or you included a forbidden character in your password. As mentioned in the menu for changing your Premium password, "do not use #, & or % in password".

Download times with Premium so extremely slow that it is impossible to download an audio book. Over two hours estimated download time for one audio book. What is wrong?

Looking into this. Edit: this has resolved on its own, seems to have been network issues somewhere.

Sorry to be a bother but I am not able to download any premium links. Says my account has expired but that should not happen until next year?

Edit: Huh, works for a couple of aps. Neat.

Could you have entered the wrong login/have a second account in the Premium system? I checked your account and it has an active subscription.

Same with me. It says wrong password when I want to download premium. I changed it to have both passwords same but it doesn`t work
